No selling. No ads. No model training. Nothing sketchy.
If you don't order, images are automatically deleted within 48 hours. If you do order, they're kept for up to a year so reorders stay easy, then removed for good.

My book has a problem. What do I do?

Printing issue or shipping damage? Send a few photos to [email protected] and choose a replacement or full refund.
Need to cancel? Within 24 hours of checkout is usually fine. After that, production is already underway.
Spot a mistake? Reach out fast. If printing hasn't started, changes can still be made.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed as soon as your child's book ships. Give the link a day or two to start updating. UK shipments use Royal Mail, which may show a reference number instead of live tracking updates.
What if I don't choose the images in time?
No worries. You have 24 hours after the preview is ready to choose your favorites. If time runs out, the top-rated versions are selected automatically so your child's book can move forward. Need more time? Just ask.
Can I update the address or child's name after ordering?
Usually yes, if you email [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Once printing begins, changes are no longer possible, so sooner is better.
