Mematime provides personalized AI-generated children's books with custom illustrations featuring your child.
2. Our Services
Mematime creates custom personalized children's books using AI technology. We are an Armenian registered business operating internationally. We ship physical books to the United States, Canada, and Armenia. Each book is uniquely generated based on the information and photos you provide.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information including photos, child's name, age, and other requested details. Payment is processed securely using industry-standard payment methods. All transactions are protected with 3D Secure authentication.
Pricing and Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in USD.
Orders are final once image generation begins.
4. Image Upload and Usage Rights
By uploading photos to our platform, you confirm that you have the legal right to use these images and grant Mematime permission to process them for book generation. You retain all ownership rights to your original photos. Mematime will not use your photos for any purpose other than creating your personalized book.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our books use AI technology to create personalized illustrations. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated images may occasionally have minor imperfections. We generate multiple variants for each page, allowing you to select your preferred version before finalizing your order.
Automatic Image Selection: After your images are generated, you will have 48 hours to select your preferred versions for each page. If no selection is made within this timeframe, we will automatically select the best images on your behalf to ensure your order proceeds smoothly. You will be notified via email when your images are ready for selection.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Armenia. Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 7-21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons of personal preference. However, if your book arrives damaged or has printing defects, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue.
8. Invoices
Invoices are issued upon customer request.
