Mematime is a print-on-demand personalized children's book service. This means:
- Each book is printed individually after you place your order
- Books are printed and shipped by our partner printing facilities located in the United States and Canada
- We do not maintain physical inventory or a warehouse in Armenia
- Your book is created specifically for your order and shipped directly to your address
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- Armenia
3. Delivery Timeframes
Since each book is printed on demand, delivery times include both production time and shipping time:
United States
- Production: 5–7 business days
- Shipping: 7–9 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 12–16 days
- Shipping cost: $9.99
Canada
- Production: 5–7 business days
- Shipping: 7–9 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 12–16 days
- Shipping cost: $14.99
Armenia
- Production: 5–7 business days (printed in US/Canada)
- International Shipping: 13–15 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 18–22 days
- Shipping cost: $19.99

4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping carriers depending on your location:
- United States: USPS, UPS
- Canada: Canada Post, UPS
- Armenia: International carriers with local delivery partners
5. Order Tracking
Once your book is printed and shipped, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with tracking information (when available)
- Updates on your order status
- Estimated delivery date
Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments (including Armenia):
- Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures
- In most cases, personalized books are not subject to import duties
- Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs processing may add 2-5 business days to delivery time
7. International Shipping Liability
Important Notice: For international shipments, the shipping organization is not responsible if the shipped product is illegal in the recipient's country.
8. Payment Security
Your security is our priority:
- All transactions are processed exclusively through the 3D Secure system.
- Cardholder card data is protected.
- If the cardholder's card currency does not match the transaction currency, the conversion is performed according to the rules established by the relevant payment system and the card-issuing bank.
9. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
- Include full name, street address, city, postal code, and country
- Provide a phone number for delivery purposes
- We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in production
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of expected delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or refund

Understanding our production timeline:
- Order Placed: You complete your order and payment
- AI Generation: Your personalized images are generated (1-2 hours)
- Book Assembly: Your book file is prepared (1 business day)
- Printing: Book is professionally printed (2-3 business days)
- Quality Check: Book is inspected before shipping (included in printing time)
- Shipment: Book is packaged and handed to carrier
- Delivery: Carrier delivers to your address
