What happens if I don't select my images in time?
After your personalized images are generated, you'll have 48 hours to choose your favorite versions for each page. If you haven't made your selections by then, don't worry — we'll automatically select the best images for you so your book can proceed to production. You'll receive an email reminder when your images are ready!
How do you protect my uploaded photos?
We maintain strict privacy standards for all uploaded images. Your photos serve one purpose only: generating your personalized storybook. We never distribute them to outside parties, incorporate them into promotional content, or use them for training machine learning models.
Our data retention policy is straightforward: unpurchased previews and their associated photos are erased from our systems after 48 hours. When you complete a purchase, we keep your materials for 12 months—this enables reprinting or accessing your preview—before automatic permanent deletion occurs.
You have full control over your data. To request immediate removal of your photos and personal details, email [email protected] and we'll delete everything related to your account: uploaded photos, AI-generated book pages, and all personal records.
