After your personalized images are generated, you'll have 24 hours to choose your favorite versions for each page. If you haven't made your selections by then, don't worry — we'll automatically select the best images for you so your book can proceed to production. You'll receive an email reminder when your images are ready! If you need more time, just email us and we'll help.

We maintain strict privacy standards for all uploaded images. Your photos serve one purpose only: generating your personalized storybook. Access is restricted to order fulfillment only. We never distribute them to outside parties, incorporate them into promotional content, or use them for training machine learning models.

Our data retention policy is straightforward: unpurchased previews and their associated photos are erased from our systems after 48 hours. When you complete a purchase, we keep your materials for 12 months—this enables reprinting or accessing your preview—before automatic permanent deletion occurs.

You have full control over your data. To request immediate removal of your photos and personal details, email [email protected] and we'll delete everything related to your account: uploaded photos, AI-generated book pages, and all personal records.

We stand behind the quality of every book. If your book arrives damaged, has printing defects, or doesn't match your preview, simply email us at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We'll reprint and reship your book at no extra cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Yes! Once your book ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment. For UK orders via Royal Mail, you'll receive a delivery reference number rather than full tracking.
